— an AI-powered floor planning platform built for contractors, restoration teams, inspectors, and property professionals.
The idea came from seeing how much time is still wasted manually measuring buildings, sketching floor plans, and rebuilding layouts in CAD software after site visits. Even with newer LiDAR devices, most workflows still felt fragmented, slow, or overly technical.
We wanted to make the process dramatically faster and more accessible.
With vPlan AR, you can:

Generate accurate floor plans with LiDAR
Edit plans directly in the browser

Use AI to analyze layouts and measurements
One of the biggest goals was combining mobile scanning + browser editing + AI into a single workflow instead of forcing teams to jump between multiple tools.
We’re especially excited about the potential for:

This has been built with a strong focus on real-world field workflows, not just demos or visualizations.
