I’m the founder of vPlan AR
— an AI-powered floor planning platform built for contractors, restoration teams, inspectors, and property professionals.
The idea came from seeing how much time is still wasted manually measuring buildings, sketching floor plans, and rebuilding layouts in CAD software after site visits. Even with newer LiDAR devices, most workflows still felt fragmented, slow, or overly technical.
We wanted to make the process dramatically faster and more accessible.
