Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Hakim, founder of PRYZMA, an IT consultancy based in Brussels.
TimesheetX started about six years ago from my own pain. Every month-end looked the same: chasing clients for signed timesheets, copying hours into an invoicing tool, fixing the mistakes, and invoicing days late. For a company that sells time, that is time and cash lost every single month.
We first built it with our partner IGETIS for our own teams. In 2026 we rebuilt it from scratch to offer it to every company that bills by the hour: IT services firms, consultancies and freelancers.
What makes it different:
✅ Clients approve timesheets in one click from an email. No account, no extra seat to pay.
✅ Approved hours turn into a compliant invoice, sent over Peppol. E-invoicing has been mandatory in Belgium since January 2026, and France, Germany and others are following.
✅ For firms that place their own employees with clients: payroll exports, leave, expenses and payslip distribution in 6 countries.
We use it every day to run our own companies, so it is built from real month-ends, not a slide deck.
