Hi Product Hunt! I’m Renier, and we built PlanMyCrew because we experienced the problem ourselves. Running thousands of contractor jobs through WhatsApp, spreadsheets and paper job cards made scheduling messy, reporting slow and disputes difficult to defend.
PlanMyCrew brings scheduling, live job tracking, digital job cards, GPS-stamped photo evidence, CRM, inventory, quoting and invoicing into one platform. The photo evidence is especially important: it has repeatedly helped us protect our teams when customers disputed work or claimed we damaged something we never touched.
