I'm Rich, a solo web designer turned SaaS founder based in Perth, Australia.
I built HireCheck after watching a plant hire client lose money repeatedly to customers who denied causing damage on returned equipment. There was genuinely nothing built specifically for this problem at an accessible price point — so I built it.
The whole app runs on any phone, no app download needed for the customer, and the condition report link can be dropped directly into a Booqable hire contract so the customer sees it before they even sign.
