Hi everyone! 👋 I’m excited to share Avarly with you.
The idea came from a simple frustration: I wanted to access and manage my smart home remotely without relying on multiple cloud services or complicated networking setups. Most solutions either lock you into a specific ecosystem, require opening ports or setting up VPNs, or aren’t designed to be simple for everyday users.
I started building Avarly to make remote access to devices easy. The goal is to let you securely connect to your home from anywhere while keeping your existing Zigbee setup. If you’re already using Zigbee, you shouldn’t have to replace your devices or learn a completely new ecosystem.
