• Why this alert, on every incident and every plan: each location's result, the confirmation rule, the failure type (DNS, TLS, timeout, 5xx…) and why an alert was or wasn't sent. Plain rules, no AI.
• Vendor outage detection: when Stripe, OpenAI or an AWS region fails for several SutramX customers at once, your incident says "likely not your fault", based on our own checks rather than the vendor's status page.
• Checks from Indian ISP networks (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL, ACT), so you can tell an ISP-level block from a real outage.
• Flakiness score per monitor, so you know which alerts to trust.
