Top comment

GestureV started from a simple idea: interacting with a computer shouldn't always require a keyboard and mouse. I wanted a faster, more natural way to control apps, automate actions, and navigate my PC using nothing but hand gestures and a webcam. Building it turned out to be much more challenging than expected. The biggest hurdles were making gesture recognition feel accurate, responsive, and reliable in real-world conditions while keeping CPU usage low enough to run smoothly on everyday computers. I spent a lot of time refining the tracking, reducing false detections, improving performance, and making the interface as simple as possible. GestureV is still growing, and this launch is just the beginning. I'm excited to hear your feedback, feature ideas, and use cases so I can continue making it better. Thanks for checking it out! ( This project has a ton of bugs I am still trying to fix them )

Who hunted GestureV?

GestureV was hunted by Daniel Solimani. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
