I'm the creator of X-Ticker.
After launching SquareLens for Binance Square, a bunch of people asked
the obvious question: "does this work on Twitter too?" Crypto Twitter is
where most of the actual price discussion happens, so I built X-Ticker
from the ground up for X.
Hover any cashtag in your feed ($BTC, $SOL, $HBAR) and the TradingView
chart pops up right there, no new tab, no losing your place in the
timeline.
A few things I did differently this time:
→ It also recognizes plain names, not just cashtags — "Bitcoin",
"Ethereum", "Solana" written without the $ still trigger the chart
→ Dark mode mirrors X's own "Lights Out" black, light mode mirrors X's
default white — never a mismatched popup
→ Built-in support for 8 languages (EN, ES, PT, FR, DE, 中文, العربية, हिन्दी)
Same principles as SquareLens:
→ No account, no login
→ No API keys to configure
→ No wallet or sensitive data access
→ Just reads the visible text on the page and loads TradingView's
official public widget
Free, and will stay free in its core version.

Hovering on $tickers is super smooth and the TradingView embed is a nice touch. One thing I'd love: let me pin a small watchlist overlay that follows me across threads so I don't have to keep re-hovering the same few symbols like $BTC and $NVDA. That would make it feel like my own little dashboard while scrolling X.
love how it just works without making me sign up for anything. the hover-on-cashtag idea is so simple but honestly kind of brilliant, feels like it should have been built into X years ago.
Hovered $NVDA on a random tweet and the chart just popped up right there, super clean and fast. The fact that it works without logging in or handing over any keys is honestly the best part.
