Widgo is an AI sales rep on your website. It scans your site, adds any docs you give it, and answers every visitor from that alone. It identifies the company, scores the lead, and books the demo on your calendar. One line of code. Free forever, no card.
finally, no more to wake up at 4am to reply a simple question of customer. 😅
#2 nice 👏 the no-code, feed-it-your-docs setup is the right call. mostly saas sites using it or all kinds?
Nice ! work @adamkamaneh , I gave a spin and really liked the ease of setup. I will further use it and share my feedback.
Congratulations to the team on the successful launch! @doganakbulut
Love the combination of source-cited answers, intent scoring, and real-time demo booking. The anonymous visitor identification is especially interesting!
a quick: What will happen if visitor starts chatting in German but my team only speaks English?
This is very cool! The difference between a visit and an enquiry that could potentially convert! I thought of adding it to my personal website - https://www.jogindertanikella.com/ - as I am looking for consulting assignments. However, I couldn't continue as I want to use my gmail. Please enable it for personal gmail as well and limit it to the free user (which is quite handsome btw).
Converting web visitors is critical. I've seen so many web chat solutions fail because they don't provide value to the prospect or surface high intent conversations to sales fast enough. Really excited about what you've built! Congrats on the launch!
@doganakbulut@adamkamaneh@trevor_lowe Really interesting idea - curious if you see this as a replacement to a sales team / or BDR / appointment bookers? Or if you (in its current state) see this as more of an adjacent offering to capture more of the folks visiting the site etc?
Congrats team! This is exactly what our site inbound needs - founders ask the same handful of questions all day. Does Widgo learn from the docs we already have, or do we have to write new ones just for it?
I just installed the chat widget and it is truly amazing. Love the product. All the best.
Interesting. Can it enter data into a CRM? Is there a memory of the client and their previous questions in case they contact you again?
What does the Chat look like? I'm curious if you're interested in including Avatars in your next iteration. We have some you can use ;-)
Seems strong! I'd like to know a bit more about live agent routing. I'd be happy with it as is to field a lot of traffic we get. Also, how does it keep out AI responders?
