When helps you remember when things last happened and when they're happening next. Track recurring activities, birthdays, anniversaries, expiry dates, and important moments in one simple timeline. See how long it's been since you last did something, get reminders for what's coming up, and explore your history and stats. Unlike traditional to-do apps, When isn't about completing tasks. It's about keeping track of life's little details so you don't have to.
Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Andras, an indie developer from Hungary, currently living in Shanghai.
Today I'm excited to introduce When – Then & Next!
The idea behind When came from a simple problem: there are so many little things in life that are worth remembering, but don't really belong on a to-do list.
When did I last change my toothbrush? Clean the coffee machine? Back up my computer? And when should I do these things again?
Traditional reminder apps are great at telling you what to do, but I wanted something that also remembers what you've already done.
That's why I built When.
It's a simple personal timeline that helps you keep track of past activities, recurring events, birthdays, anniversaries, and important dates.
One thing I really wanted to get right was keeping the experience lightweight. No complicated task management, no endless checklists. Just a clear picture of what happened last and what's coming next.
I'm building and improving When independently, so feedback genuinely means a lot.
I'd love to hear from you:
- What's something you always forget when you last did?
- Is there a feature you'd love to see in When?
Thanks for checking it out, and I hope When makes your everyday life a little easier!
— Andras
