I built Waitlist.best because I noticed that most waitlist tools offer too many features with complicated interfaces, while others lack the UI/UX needed to make everyday tasks simple and efficient.
Whether it's a restaurant, café, salon, clinic, or any other hospitality business, managing queues and customers during busy hours can be stressful. Staff don't have time to navigate complicated dashboards or click through multiple screens just to manage a queue or serve the next customer.
With Waitlist.best, the goal is to keep things simple, intuitive, and fast. From managing waitlists and tables to letting customers join the queue and check their position, everything is designed to make the experience smoother for both staff and customers.
