I'm Shankha, founder of WaChat2PDF — and I built this after running into a genuinely frustrating problem.
A few years ago, I needed to preserve an important WhatsApp conversation for legal documentation. WhatsApp exported it as a wall of raw text — completely unreadable. Every tool I found either uploaded my private messages to unknown servers, required a paid account, or produced ugly output.
So I built WaChat2PDF.
The core principle: your chat file never leaves your device. Everything is parsed inside your browser using JavaScript. For HTML exports — 100% offline. For PDF, only the formatted layout (not your raw messages) briefly touches our rendering server and is deleted immediately.
What makes it different from every other WhatsApp converter:
