Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Moe, the author of Visibl.
I built Visibl because I love reading but kept losing the flow every time I got a notification. I wanted a way to dive back into a story like I never stopped. Something that makes picking up a book as easy as glancing at my phone.
Visibl turns any fiction audiobook into a living graphic novel. As you listen, you can always glance at your homescreen, watch, or CarPlay and see exactly what is happening in the story. Meet a new character and instantly see their face. Drop into a new location and get a feel for the scene. Most importantly, you never lose your place again.
A few things I am excited about:
• Full Audible library imports (fiction only)
• Fast book to graphic novel generation (imports take about 3 minutes!)
• Style choices like Manga, Sumi e, Ghibli, Wes Anderson, Cyberpunk, choose your own adventure!
• Lots of free books available today
• Totally open source. I really just hope others enjoy it and help make it better
This started as a personal project to help me read more and get less distracted. I would love feedback from all of you. What would make this more useful or more fun for your reading routine?
My goal isn't to turn your reading experience into AI mush, but to hopefully make reading more accessible to how we expect to view content in today's doom-scrolling filled world.
Thanks for checking it out and for all your support.
