I built it because most converters I tried either uploaded my videos to someone's server or put a watermark on the result. I wanted one that does everything on the phone itself.
What it does: • Converts almost any video (MOV, MKV, AVI, WebM and more) to MP4, MOV, WebM, GIF and over a dozen other formats • Pulls the audio out as MP3, AAC, M4A, WAV or FLAC, and makes ringtones with fade in and out • Converts photos (HEIC → JPG, PNG, WebP) and compresses big videos so you can actually send them • Uses hardware-accelerated encoding, handles HDR and works in batches
