👋 Hey Product Hunt!
I built VentureKiln because solo founders don’t need another AI idea generator—they need a system that turns an idea into accountable work.
VentureKiln helps you:
🔥 Turn a problem you understand into a focused company brief
🔥 Define the first paid offer
🔥 Assign real tasks to research, offer, product, growth, and finance agents
🔥 Preserve evidence-linked company memories and reusable skills
🔥 Keep revenue and customer metrics blank until real data is connected
I’m deliberately building VentureKiln around honesty: no fake companies, simulated revenue, invented customers, or claims that an external action happened when it didn’t.
I’d love your feedback: if you had an AI company team working every day, what would you want it to handle first?
Thanks for checking out VentureKiln! 🔥
One thing that would really help me is a way to compare two venture briefs side by side, showing the differences in assumptions, offers, and build timelines. It would make deciding which idea to pursue next much easier instead of flipping back and forth between tabs.
A built-in comparison view showing how your brief stacks up against three existing competitors would be incredibly useful before committing to a build plan.
Opt-in Monday digest showing build-plan changes, rationale, progress, and next accountability target.
Shareable pre-build briefs with section-level advisor/co-founder comments.
Founder-only comment resolution; open comments pause build-plan kickoff.
Preserved the problem → paid offer → build plan framing.
Please continue to share and use VentureKiln.com and suggest anything you'd like to see to make the product better and useable for anyone.
Honestly the company brief generator is shockingly tight, basically took my rambling notes and turned them into something I could actually send to a cofounder without cringing. The build plan accountability piece feels kind of novel too.
finally something that actually takes a vague problem and gives me a real plan to work with, not just a wall of ai fluff
A weekly digest of what changed in the build plan and why would help me stay accountable without opening the dashboard every day. Right now I have to dig for progress notes.
One thing I'd love to see is a way to share a brief with a co-founder or advisor and get their inline comments before kicking off the build plan. Right now it feels like a solo workflow, but most small company decisions really benefit from a quick second opinion before you commit to the plan.
One thing I'd love to see is a simple way to share a brief with a cofounder or advisor and get inline comments back, since right now it feels like I'm the only one in the document. Even basic read-only links with a comment thread would make it way easier to pressure-test ideas before committing to a build plan.
The framing of moving from raw problem to a paid offer and then to a build plan feels really considered, like the team actually wrestled with how founders get stuck instead of bolting AI onto a generic doc template.
Love how the brief generation actually outputs paid offer angles instead of just generic problem statements, that part feels genuinely useful for solo founders deciding what to build next.
The move from problem to actionable brief in one pass is genuinely impressive, feels like you stripped away all the usual overthinking noise.
