Every email list is quietly rotting. People change jobs (~2–3% of B2B addresses die per month), companies get acquired and their domains vanish, and typos pile up at the top of your funnel. You don't notice until a send bounces hard enough to hurt your sender reputation — and by then the damage is done.
The Email Health Check is the "step on the scale" moment: upload a CSV, and every address gets checked in real time against actual mail servers — not a syntax regex, the real SMTP-level verification our platform runs. Thirty seconds later you have an overall health grade and the breakdown: Ok, Risky, Catch-all, Invalid.
Things we deliberately didn't do:
- No signup to see results
- No "enter your email to receive the report" gate
- No fake precision — catch-alls are labeled catch-alls, not guessed at
If your list grades well, wonderful, go send. If it doesn't, at least now you know before the bounces told you.
(And yes — cleaning it is the thing we charge for. The diagnosis is free.)
Congrats on the launch, Corey! "No enter-your-email-to-receive-the-report gate" is the detail that sold me. Everyone talks about reducing friction, almost nobody gives up the lead capture to actually do it. Betting the diagnosis-free, cleaning-paid split converts better than any gate would.
