TaskWaffle
A calm ADHD planner with one next step, not a red list
TaskWaffle is a calm planner for ADHD brains. Dump everything in plain words and it files itself. Home shows one next step. Habits count days out of 30, not streaks that snap. Tasks, habits, money and focus in one app. Free plan, no card. Try the clickable tour at taskwaffle.com/tour.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Shaheer, and I built TaskWaffle.
Most planners I tried assumed a day goes to plan. Mine rarely do. A missed day turned into a red pile, a broken streak turned into quitting, and the app became one more thing to feel bad about.
So TaskWaffle works the other way round:
- You type a brain dump in plain words. You can save it as is, or let the assistant sort it into tasks, notes, habits and spending.
- Home shows one next step, not everything you have not done.
- Habits count days out of the last 30, so one bad week does not erase a good month.
- There is a bad-day view, quiet hours, and a fresh start after a week away.
It also covers calendar, journal, envelope budgets (no bank login) and a focus timer with gentle check-ins. It works offline, syncs to the EU, and your data is never used to train AI.
Free plan, plus 14 days of everything with no card. I would love to hear what makes planning hard for you, and what would make this calmer.
