TaskShelf
Powerful task management for everyone. No per-seat pricing.
The task tool the per-seat industry hoped nobody would build. Sprints, boards, real-time sync, Slack and GitHub intake, native Mac/Windows/Linux apps - the whole company, one flat price. Powerful enough for engineers. Simple enough for the accountant on day one. The only tab you need open all day: every calendar you own inside your tasks, join meetings from here, plan your week on one screen. $10/month for 25 people. Per team, not per person. Your current tool charges that per seat.
Hey Product Hunt - Samarth here, founder of TaskShelf.
Every task tool we ever used charged per seat. So every company we knew rationed it: engineers got accounts, the accountant got a spreadsheet, and the tool meant to hold the company's work held a quarter of it. The vendors called that a pricing model. We decided it wasn't.
TaskShelf is the opposite:
→ One flat price for the whole company. Up to 25 people for $10/month. Per team, not per person. Hire someone, nothing changes on the invoice.
→ The only tab you need open all day. Google, Outlook, every calendar you own, inside TaskShelf. Join your meetings from here. Plan your week or your month with your tasks and your calendar on one screen. Nobody else does this.
→ Powerful enough for engineers - sprints, boards, keyboard-first, request intake from Slack and GitHub, a REST API.
→ Simple enough for everyone. Not the accountant's version and the developer's version — one screen, nobody needs a training session.
→ Fast on purpose. Real-time sync and native apps for Mac, Windows and Linux. A tool that makes you wait is telling you your time matters less than its roadmap.
We launched in silence on 10 Sept and hit #2 Product of the Day on PeerPush eighteen days later. Today we stop being quiet. iOS and Android are next - same tool, same calendar, same plan for the day, in everyone's pocket.
Tell me what's wrong with it. I'll be here all day, and every reply gets a real answer - not a "thanks for the feedback!".
