I'm the maker of Tamkeen 360. In Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, events are huge: weddings with 1,000+ guests, national day ceremonies, government receptions, conferences. Yet most organisers still manage guest lists in spreadsheets, send invitations as images on WhatsApp, and have no idea who actually showed up.
Tamkeen 360 fixes that end to end: a designed digital invitation, a personal link per guest over WhatsApp, one-tap RSVP, a personal QR code, and fast gate scanning that prevents duplicate entry with a live attendance dashboard.
It started as a wedding tool and grew into 12 systems, including a high-security gate mode for government bodies with multiple gates and no data tracking.
