Merchant-friendly payments for modern businesses. Automated onboarding, smart routing across every processor, and a vault you actually own. Every transaction is scored against your live MID network in real time. Route to the processor most likely to approve it, retry on decline. No engineering required.

Top comment

We'll tell you what most payment dashboards hide: a lot of failed payments aren't customers saying no. They're bad implementation. A declined card that should have retried. A processor that dropped for four minutes at 2am. TagadaPay is the payment orchestration layer we built to stop that quiet bleed. You connect multiple processors and route across them in real time. If one declines or goes down, the transaction fails over to another before your customer notices. We run it as a Merchant of Record, so the compliance and the routing sit with us, not on your plate. For subscriptions, we lead with a primitive called Authorize-First: a transaction that's only authorized can't be charged back. That one fact changes the risk math on recurring revenue. It's the layer under your checkout, not another processor you're locked into. Born from real transactions, because that's the only place payment logic is honest.

Comment highlights

The smart routing and decline retries actually work as promised, which is rare. Setup took maybe ten minutes and I didn't have to touch a single API doc.

Love how the smart routing against live MID data is framed as the core feature rather than buried under generic "optimization" language. The vault ownership angle also feels like a real stance, not just a checkbox.

TagadaPay looks super promising. Congrats on shipping and launching — best of luck today! 🚀

Congrats on the launch. One thing I'd love to see is a simple sandbox mode where I can simulate different decline reasons and watch how the routing logic responds, maybe even tweak the retry timing myself. Would make it way easier to trust the system before pointing real traffic at it.

A dashboard view showing real-time decline reasons broken down by processor would be super useful. Right now I imagine I'd know a transaction got routed somewhere else, but not why the original one failed or what patterns to flag for review.

One thing I'd love to see is a public-facing decline reason dashboard so I can spot patterns my customers might be hitting, like specific banks flagging certain card types or zip codes causing issues. Right now I can see retries happening but not always why the original attempt failed. A simple breakdown view per processor would save me from digging through logs and help me give better answers when customers ask why their card was charged twice.

A chargeback or dispute alert feed inside the dashboard would be huge, so merchants can see and respond before things escalate. Right now it sounds like the focus is purely on approvals, but disputes kill margins just as fast as declines do. Even a simple flag with a link to the processor's portal would save a lot of time.

the smart routing piece is kind of cool, especially the retry on decline thing. hadn't seen that pitched so directly before and the no engineering setup makes it feel way less intimidating for smaller shops like mine

Love that the smart routing and retry-on-decline logic is exposed without forcing customers into a dashboard they didn't ask for. Feels like the team actually thought about what merchants want to see versus what engineers want to build.
