Most screen time apps tell you to stop scrolling. StrollTime gives you a reason to start walking instead. Turn your daily steps into screen time for apps like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Connect Apple Health, choose the apps you want to manage, and earn scrolling minutes as you move. Your earned time is used only when you're on those apps. No guilt. No endless restrictions. Just a healthier way to enjoy your screen time. Walk more. Scroll intentionally.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm an indie maker, and today I'm excited to share StrollTime! 🚶📱 I've always found the idea of screen time blockers a little frustrating. We all know we should spend less time mindlessly scrolling, but simply blocking Instagram or YouTube doesn't necessarily help us build better habits. So I started thinking: What if we could make screen time something we earn through healthy habits instead? That's how StrollTime came about. The idea is simple: 🚶 Walk throughout your day. ⏱️ Earn screen time based on your movement. 📱 Use those minutes on apps like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. ✨ Your earned minutes are consumed only while you're using the selected apps, not while you're doing something else. StrollTime integrates with Apple Health and Apple's Screen Time features to make the experience feel natural. I wanted to build something that doesn't make people feel guilty about using their phones. Instead, it encourages them to move more and scroll intentionally. StrollTime is now available on iPhone, and I'd genuinely love feedback from this community. A few things I'm especially curious about: 1. Would earning screen time motivate you to walk more? 2. Do you prefer earning scrolling minutes or setting strict daily app limits? 3. What would make this experience more useful for you? I'm building and improving StrollTime independently, so your suggestions could directly influence what comes next. Thanks for checking it out! 🙌
