I built StayTap because I used to host two gîtes in France myself, and I kept losing time answering the same questions every day. Things like the WiFi password, checkout time, or good places to eat nearby.
I tried a few existing tools, but most of them felt either too expensive or too complicated. So I decided to create something simpler.
With StayTap, hosts can create a digital welcome guide in a few minutes. Guests just scan a QR code and instantly access everything they need. No app to download, no account to create. The guide is also automatically translated into more than 20 languages, which really helps when hosting international travelers.
The platform is completely free to use. No trial, no credit card, nothing hidden. I only make money through optional features for hosts who want to go further.
