Hi Product Hunt! I built StatementEasy after seeing how many bank statement converters ask you to upload a document with your name, account number and every payment you made — and then limit you to a few pages a day.
StatementEasy reads the PDF in your own browser first. Only statements it can't read (scans, photos) go to the server, and they're deleted right after.
The part I'm proudest of is the balance check: every row is verified against the statement's own running balance, so a misread line shows up immediately instead of in your books.
It's free with no page limit, exports to Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, Xero, OFX and more, and works in 5 languages. A free account keeps a history of your conversions and lets you share a view-only link with your accountant.
