For years my server workflow was the same: PuTTY in one window, WinSCP in another, a text file of passwords somewhere, and Permission denied every time I tried to upload into /var/www.
So I built SSH Command: one desktop app where the terminal and the file panes share one SSH connection.

🔐 Sudo from the GUI, explicit and scoped. Click Elevate, and uploads, chmod and chown that need root just work. It ends after 5 idle minutes, or when you disconnect if you choose.
🗂️ Drag and drop whole folders, from Finder/Explorer too. 🛑 No silent overwrites. Every clash is listed with size and date before anything is replaced.
🔒 Encrypted local vault (AES-256-GCM) for hosts and passwords. Nothing goes to a cloud.
🚇 Tunnels, jump hosts and auto-reconnect, free for everyone.
📡 FTP/FTPS window for the old shared host you still have to look after.
Pro tools (with the commercial licence): two-way folder sync with a preview, scheduled transfers, one command on many servers at once, saved scripts and session restore.
