Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Dhruv, the maker of Splitwisely.
I built this after one too many group trips and shared flats where splitting costs turned into a mess. Doing the math by hand was a struggle, nobody had proof of who spent what, and it was hard to remember who paid whom and how much. Money ended up feeling awkward between friends, and it didn't need to.
What Splitwisely does:
🧾 Save bills as proof: attach receipts so there's never an argument later
🤖 Splity, your AI assistant: helps with splits and answers questions about your expenses
🌍 Auto-detect currency and built-in converter: it picks your currency by location, so travel groups stay simple
⚖️ Simplified balances: fewer payments to settle up, with clear totals
📴 Works offline: add expenses anywhere and sync later
Availability: Web, Android today, iOS coming soon.
I'd love your feedback, especially on what would make Splity more useful. I'll be here all day answering every question. Thanks for checking it out! 🙏
