I’m the indie developer behind SoloSnap, a Mac screen capture app I built because I wanted recording on macOS to feel more native, focused, accessible, and dependable.
A lot of capture tools feel either too limited or too crowded. SoloSnap is my attempt to hit the middle ground: simple enough to use quickly, flexible enough for real workflows, and designed to stay out of your way.
Accessibility matters to me. SoloSnap uses clearer workflows, focused controls, and a Mac first experience that can work better for more people, including users with disabilities.
It is made for people recording demos, tutorials, walkthroughs, app previews, lessons, support videos, and everyday screen captures.
SoloSnap is still growing, and I’m improving it with every release. I’d genuinely love feedback from Mac users, creators, educators, developers, support teams, and anyone who records their screen.
