SnapGrab
Get images from the web, edit, compress and download in bulk
Mark images from the web, edit them, compress with WASM (and optional TinyPNG), and download in bulk. SnapGrab is the fastest way to collect images while you browse, prepare them for real use, and download the finished set in one go. Right-click any image and choose SnapGrab. A badge on the toolbar shows how many you have marked. Open the marked-images workspace to filter, edit, preview, and batch-download without bouncing between tabs or online tools.
I originally built SnapGrab just to make downloading images for one of my workflows quicker. If this tool ends up saving your time too, do share your experience.
Right-clicking to mark images as I browse is such a natural workflow, and the bulk download saves me from juggling tabs. The WASM compression running locally is a nice touch for privacy.
Would love to see support for saving marked image sets to local folders or cloud storage like Google Drive directly, so I can skip the download step entirely when I'm working across machines.
The right-click workflow feels really thoughtful, like the team actually thought through how people actually browse instead of forcing a new tab dance. Love that the toolbar badge keeps count quietly in the background too.
Love how this bundles marking, editing, and bulk download into the right-click flow instead of bouncing between three tabs. One thing I'd want as a user is per-image renaming before download, so I can give files sensible names instead of the cryptic site defaults when I'm prepping them for a project.

Who hunted SnapGrab?
SnapGrab was hunted by Kartikey Soni. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
