SignalRoute helps businesses collect customer feedback before sending customers to public review platforms. Low ratings are captured privately so teams can respond, recover the experience, and spot issues early. Happy customers are guided to platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook. It includes branded review pages, QR codes, analytics, notifications, platform links, and embeddable widgets for websites, emails, and SMS.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built **SignalRoute** because sending every customer directly to a Google review link can be risky for local businesses.
The idea is simple: give businesses a branded feedback page first. If a customer had a great experience, SignalRoute routes them to public review platforms like Google, Yelp, or Facebook. If they had a poor experience, the business gets private feedback so they can respond, fix the issue, and learn from it before it turns into a public negative review.
SignalRoute includes:
* Branded review pages
* Custom rating thresholds
* QR codes
* Multi-platform review links
* Private feedback capture
* Analytics
* Email notifications
* Embeddable widgets for websites, emails, and SMS
I’m a local service business owner myself, so this came from a real problem: reviews affect whether the phone rings. SignalRoute is meant to make feedback collection cleaner, smarter, and more useful for businesses that rely on reputation.
Would love feedback from founders, agencies, and local business owners.

Who hunted SignalRoute?
SignalRoute was hunted by Byron Wade. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
