I started Shugert back in 2015 out of pure frustration. I kept seeing great Shopify brands losing real money to problems nobody was catching -- a cookie banner blocking their largest image from loading, a GA4 setup that had been double-counting purchases for months, an app script still running on every page for a tool the merchant cancelled two years ago. Small things with big consequences, completely invisible until someone actually sits down and looks.
So we built an agency around looking. Fixed-scope engagements, defined deliverables, no surprise invoices. You know exactly what you're getting before we touch anything.
