Hi PH, I'm Mark, I made Sequentia.
I play hardware synths at home and got tired of needing a laptop just to sequence them. So I put the sequencer in the phone. It generates patterns (drums, acid lines, chords, melodies) in one key and one tempo, and sends them to gear over USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
My favorite part is Mutate: it evolves the pattern while it plays, so a jam never loops the same way twice. There is .mid export if you want to keep what it played.
The app is free, Pro unlocks all modules. iPhone only for now.

Honest feedback welcome, especially from anyone running a DAWless setup. What's missing?
Love the no-laptop setup, sending MIDI straight to my Model Cycles over Wi-Fi feels like magic. One thing that would really help live performance: a tap-tempo lock or a way to nudge the BPM by a few clicks from the main screen so I can tighten things up without diving into a menu mid-set.
Plugged my Hydrasynth in over USB and Sequentia was driving it within a minute, no laptop, no fuss. The fact that it just stays in one key and tempo while you jam takes all the usual sequencing headaches off the table.
Being able to import my own MIDI patterns and have Sequentia generate variations off them would take this from a fun sketchpad to a real performance tool for me.
