Sentor
Entity-level sentiment analysis, built for AI assistants
Sentor scores sentiment against specific things (a feature, a competitor, shipping), not just one overall positive/negative label per review. Connect 20+ sources like Trustpilot, Amazon, and the App Store in the dashboard, or use our API, JS/Python SDKs, and MCP server to run entity sentiment, clustering, and topic naming in your own product or directly from Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf. Free plan, no card required.
Hey everyone 👋
I built Sentor because "4.2 stars" tells you nothing about what's actually wrong. Most sentiment tools give you one positive/negative score per review. Sentor scores sentiment per entity instead, so the same review can come back showing delivery as negative and product quality as positive, rather than one number that hides both.
There's a dashboard where you connect Trustpilot, Amazon, App Store, and other review sources and see sentiment broken down by topic automatically, free plan, no card needed. If you're building your own product, there's an API with official JS/TS and Python SDKs to run the same sentiment, clustering, and topic-naming underneath your own app. And the one I'm most excited to show here is the MCP server: add Sentor to Claude Desktop, Cursor, or Windsurf and your AI assistant can score entity sentiment and cluster documents directly from a plain-language prompt, no dashboard, no API glue code.
Would love feedback, especially from anyone who's tried building sentiment analysis into their own product and hit the "one score isn't enough" wall.
Would love to see a way to compare sentiment trends side by side across competitors, like a chart that shows how my product stacks up against two or three others on the same features over time. That would make the data way more actionable for positioning.
