SelfMade is an iPhone subliminal maker. Write affirmations or pick from 200+ scripts, record them in your own voice, and layer them under rain, ocean or theta beats. Play them subliminal, supraliminal or SATS with a sleep timer. Your first subliminal is free.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm James, and I made SelfMade.
I got into subliminals the way a lot of people do: YouTube tracks voiced by strangers. At some point it felt strange to fall asleep to someone else telling me who I am, so I started recording my own affirmations and mixing them myself. The process was clunky (Voice Memos, an audio editor, a lot of trial and error), so I built the app I wanted.
SelfMade lets you write your own script or start from 200+ ready ones, record it line by line in your own voice, and layer it under rain, ocean or a theta, alpha, delta or 528 Hz layer. You choose Subliminal (voice tucked under the sound), Supraliminal (softly audible) or SATS for falling asleep, and a Verify button lets you hear your voice above the music any time, so you know it's really there.
Your first subliminal is free, there are no ads, and your recordings stay on your phone. I'd love feedback, especially from people who already make their own subliminals. What would make this more useful for you?
