This is all started from a call I received from my sister; she told me that she was crying a few days earlier, and she wanted to call, but she didn't want to disturb me.
That same week, a friend called and said the exact same thing.
Sometimes, our loved ones just don't reach out for help out of worry of being a burden, and I know from close friends that sometimes, that leads to us losing loved ones.
Hence, I wanted to provide a way for them to find support in completely privacy, just like they can for physical support with First Aid.
So, I designed and built Second Aid. Like First Aid, but for the mind.
It's actually V2 of a first app I made, "Help Me Calm Down", but with more support for a wider range of emotional difficulties.
