ScorAxis
Know your ATS score before recruiters see your résumé
Upload your PDF résumé and get a 0–100 ATS compatibility score powered by Claude AI. ScorAxis combines deterministic rubric checks (contact info, sections, formatting, bullet usage) with LLM-powered analysis to surface the exact issues holding your application back - so you can fix them before a recruiter ever sees it.
I built ScorAxis because I kept hearing from job seekers that they were applying to dozens of roles and hearing nothing back. Most ATS rejections happen silently - candidates never know why. I wanted to build something that gives honest, specific feedback before the résumé goes out. It's live, free to try, and I'd love your feedback on what to improve next.
honestly this caught me off guard with how specific the feedback is, like it flagged my missing summary section and gave a real reason. pretty useful if you're applying to a bunch of roles and want a quick gut check before submitting.
honestly the breakdown is super helpful, like it pointed out my missing skills section and weak bullet points i hadn't even noticed. wish i'd found this before my last round of applications honestly.
Uploaded a messy PDF resume and got a 67 with super clear notes about missing contact info at the top. The bullet about quantifying achievements was a nice nudge I hadn't thought about before.
Exciting work on ScorAxis. Congratulations on the launch and wishing you an amazing day! 🚀🚀
Would love to see a version comparison feature where you can upload two resume iterations side by side and see exactly which score changed and why. Would make it way easier to know if a rewrite actually helped or hurt before sending it out.
A score is great, but I would love to see a side-by-side comparison against a job description so I can see how well my résumé matches the specific role I'm applying to. Right now I get a general ATS score, but tying the rubric to keywords from the actual posting would make this way more actionable. Maybe an optional field to paste the job description and get tailored feedback on gaps.
One thing that would be really helpful is letting users upload a job description alongside their resume so the score reflects how well their experience aligns with the specific role, not just general ATS rules.
Would love to see a side-by-side comparison mode where I can upload two resume versions and see which one scores higher plus exactly which rubric checks changed. Would make A/B testing different formats way easier than guessing which tweak actually moved the needle.
One thing I'd love to see is a "before vs after" comparison view where I can upload an updated version of my résumé and see exactly how much the ATS score improved and which specific fixes moved the needle. Would make iterating way less guessy.
the section parsing is surprisingly thorough, caught a weird bullet inconsistency i had no idea was there. score was lower than i expected but the fixes were actually doable, not generic fluff.
Ran my résumé through it and the section formatting check caught stuff my own eyes always skimmed past. The score felt honest too, not inflated like some tools I have tried before.
Would be huge if you could let users compare scores before and after edits side by side, so it's obvious which tweaks actually moved the needle and which didn't.
The rubric breakdown was surprisingly clear, showing exactly which sections were tripping the parser rather than just a vague score. Wish I'd had this before my last round of applications honestly.
