Scopewise
From brief to signed proposal on one shareable link
Turn a brief into a structured proposal in minutes. Free is for drafting and light export; Pro is for sending, tracking, and closing—with share links clients can view, comment on, accept and sign.
I built this because the painful part of client work usually isn’t the craft—it’s everything around the yes: turning a messy brief into a clear scope, pricing, and terms, then getting a client to actually read, comment, and sign without a week of “see attached PDF v4.”
Scopewise is an AI-assisted proposal builder for agencies and freelancers. You drop in the brief (and optionally research the client from their site or your notes), and you get a structured proposal in one pass—scope, pricing tiers, timeline, contract draft, and a client email draft. You edit every section before anything goes out.
Where it clicked for me was delivery: on Pro you send one shareable link instead of another attachment. Clients open a hosted page (optional PIN), leave comments, pick a tier, and sign off—with view/download tracking so you know when to follow up. Same link when you publish revisions.
Free is for drafting and light export—no credit card to start. Pro is for sending, tracking, and closing on that link.
I’d love your honest take:
Does the flow from brief → proposal feel fast enough on your first try?
What’s missing for your proposal process (templates, integrations, handoff after sign-off)?
Thanks for checking us out today—every question and roast in the comments helps. 🙏

Scopewise was hunted by Dimitris Αlexiou. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
