Resumeize
Tailor your resume to any job without inventing a thing
Most AI resume tools quietly add skills you don't have. Resumeize does the opposite. Paste a job and your resume. Every requirement is matched to a line you actually wrote, and you get two scores: how an ATS reads you and how a recruiter skims you. For the gaps, it asks 3 quick questions instead of making things up, then builds a tailored draft you edit with live scores. Free to check, no account. One-time packs, no subscription.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Praveen Krishnakanth S, and I built Resumeize solo, nights and weekends.
What inspired it:
I ran my own resume through the popular AI tailoring tools. The output read beautifully… and listed skills I've never used and results I never achieved. Great until an interviewer asks, "Tell me about that."
The problem:
Job seekers are told to tailor every application, but tailoring by hand takes an hour, and AI tools "tailor" by inventing. I wanted the speed of AI with the honesty of doing it yourself.
How it evolved:
v1 let an AI write and score everything. It was confidently wrong, so I rebuilt it around one rule: nothing goes on your resume unless you said it.
→ Every job requirement is matched to a line you actually wrote, and the quote is verified word for word in code
→ Both scores (ATS + recruiter) are calculated in code, not by an AI, with every weight published
→ Gaps become short questions. The first version asked 11; people gave up. Now it asks the 3 that matter most and shows exactly how much your score moves before you approve a line
Checking, the questions and your tailored draft are free. You only pay when you download.
One ask: paste a job you're actually applying for and tell me where the match looks wrong. Brutal honesty welcome. That's how this gets better. 🙏
