Hi everyone! David here. I built this because I got frustrated watching good candidates disappear into ATS black holes.
The Problem:
I used to be a hiring manager. I watched talented people get filtered out by ATS systems and AI screeners before anyone even looked at their resume. Meanwhile, recruiters and hiring teams were drowning in unqualified applications. The system was broken for everyone.
Why I Built This:
I decided to flip the problem. Instead of letting ATS systems decide who's worthy, I built a tool that gives candidates and recruiters actual visibility into what's happening. You upload a resume, connect your AI (free Ollama or cheap OpenAI), and get honest feedback on what a screener would actually see. No black box. No guessing.
The Real Part:
This is completely free. I make nothing from it. Why? Because the problem is too big to gatekeep behind a paywall. If it's valuable, it should be accessible.
