the phone verification step before booking is honestly such a smart move, kills the no-show problem at the source instead of dealing with it after
The phone verification for clients is a smart touch, really love that. One thing that would seal the deal for me is letting clients pick their preferred staff member right from the booking page, like showing available stylists or trainers with their open slots. Small change, but it would save so many back and forth messages.
honestly the phone verification part is what sold me, way too many no-shows lately and this actually filters them out before they waste a slot. also pretty clean setup, my clients just tap the link and book which is exactly what i needed
