Hi Product Hunt! I'm AdamYang, RatePeek's independent developer. This is the v1.2 update to my existing Windows currency conversion utility.
The focus is everyday multitasking: open up to five quick conversion windows, enable automatic clipboard number detection when you want it, and keep different currency pairs visible without repeatedly retyping amounts. You can look up additional currencies from the quick conversion workflow and control always-on-top separately for each conversion window and the desktop HUD.
v1.2 also improves window identification, access to quick conversion, and source/update-time clarity. The app includes Convert to All, precious-metals reference information, light/dark themes, and English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese interfaces. No additional RatePeek account is required.
It has a 7-day free trial followed by an optional one-time purchase. Third-party data follows each source's update schedule; displayed values are reference information, not guaranteed bank or transaction rates.
