Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Tomasz, a haulier based in Poland who got tired of
manually calculating freight quotes from emails.
Every day I'd receive requests like "Warsaw to London,
2 pallets" and spend 10 minutes opening Google Maps,
checking my old quotes, calculating price per km,
writing it all up. Multiply that by 20 emails a day
and it's hours of wasted time.
So I built Quotio.
Forward or paste a freight email → AI extracts pickup
& delivery addresses → route appears on a map → price
suggested instantly based on your own historical quotes.
It also tracks your win rate, top corridors, and weekly
revenue — analytics that most hauliers currently do in
spreadsheets (or don't do at all).
I'm running it myself daily. Nearly 200 trips logged, routes
across PL, UK, DE, FR and beyond.
I've recently added tender quoting feature that allows quick pricing of hundreds of deliveries at once!
