That gap is exactly why I built QuickExpense: the moment you buy something, spend 15 seconds logging it on your phone, and forget about it — no receipt to keep, no backlog to dread.
It's mobile-first: log an expense in a free minute, from your phone, in a few taps. But the part I actually care about most - your data never leaves your control. Everything is written straight to a Google Sheet you own. No proprietary database, no export-to-leave friction, no lock-in. QuickExpense is just a fast, friendly UI on top of a file you already trust.
A few things I'm proud of:
* Home dashboard - today's spending, month-to-date vs. last month, year-to-date vs. last year, plus a rolling 12-month view, so you get a bird's-eye view without opening a spreadsheet.

I built this for myself and my family first - we've been using it daily for a while now, and it's finally at a point I'm comfortable sharing more broadly. It's free, for personal use, and I'd genuinely love your feedback - especially anything that feels rough on mobile.
