QUICK MEMO is a lightweight Chrome side-panel extension for saving text, URLs, prompts, and small ideas without leaving the page you are viewing. Add the current page title and URL, organize memos into color-coded folders, and copy, edit, or delete them whenever you need them.
Hi Product Hunt! I built QUICK MEMO for the small pieces of information that are useful enough to save but do not need a full notes app.
Open it in Chrome's side panel, save text while keeping the current page visible, and optionally add that page's title and URL. Memos can be organized into color-coded folders and quickly copied, edited, or deleted later.
Memos are normally stored locally in the current Chrome profile. Optional encrypted syncing is available only when the user turns it on. QUICK MEMO is free to start, and I would love to know what you usually save while browsing.
