We built Qualzo because the recruiter message loop is broken. They check your profile, can't find what they need, DM you, wait, follow up. Days of ping-pong to answer questions your profile should have answered itself.
So now it does. Qualzo turns your resume, LinkedIn, portfolio, projects, and FAQs into a link people can talk to. It answers questions about you accurately, around the clock, and books calls straight onto your calendar. While you sleep, it's answering. While you work, it's filling your calendar.
Everything is grounded in your actual data, so it never makes things up. Recruiters can even paste a JD and instantly see fit, strengths, and gaps.
Under the hood: to make that conversation possible, we run super detailed extraction on your profile and resume. Everyone else parses resumes into keywords. We parse them into something you can interview. That same depth is what powers the Qualzo recruiter portal, where agentic search runs on semantics, not exact words, so your profile surfaces for what you actually do, not the keywords you happened to type.
And we measured it. LinkedIn search is keywords and boolean, and they publish no benchmarks. Ours are public at qualzo.app: 82.8% on TREC-COVID (NIST-judged), 5/5 BEIR datasets, 100% extraction validity vs 62%.
We officially launched this month. With 1,700 active users within first month we're looking to take this further as much as possible to a point where it feels pretty obvious for everyone to have a Qualzo link.

Adding a quick "edit my data" button right inside the companion would be super useful so I can tweak details without logging into a separate dashboard. Could also reduce those "stale info" moments after I update my resume.
Tried this with my resume and it actually stuck to just my experience instead of making stuff up, which is rarer than it sounds. The chat replies feel pretty natural when recruiters ask about past roles.
Tried it with my LinkedIn and was surprised how well it handled oddly phrased questions about past projects. The "grounded only in your data" promise actually seems to hold, no hallucinated skills.
