the whatsapp integration is genuinely clever, basically turning a chat app into an ERP front-end for people who'd never touch a traditional dashboard. honestly the agentic angle feels like the right call for tiny teams that can't afford a finance department.
Logged expenses through WhatsApp and the AI agent pulled them straight into the right ledger category without me touching a dashboard, which honestly saved me a chunk of my usual Friday bookkeeping grind.
Would love to see a built-in analytics dashboard that pulls data from the WhatsApp logs and surfaces trends like monthly spending or cash flow forecasts, basically so I don't have to export CSVs into Excel to make sense of where money is actually going.
One thing that would really help is letting users schedule recurring WhatsApp commands like monthly expense summaries or invoice reminders, so they don't have to remember to request them every time.
