The homepage shows XT3’s own example. You can publish your first badge free, with the Community theme and your colors. Pro is $9/month for every theme and no PledgeBadge watermark.
If you downgrade, the installed badge keeps its address and giving history; it returns to the Free presentation with the linked watermark. PledgeBadge is a self-reported record and publishing tool, not a donation processor or charity verification service.
