Marketer here, mildly threatened by the tagline :) Seriously though, is this for running the ads or does it also think about positioning? Big difference for me.
Splitting it into researcher, strategist, analyst and media buyer makes a lot of sense. When the media buyer wants to move spend, does it wait for approval every time, or can I set a budget range where it acts on its own?
The clarifying questions are a good place to start. A wrong assumption about the audience can carry through the research, creative and spend decisions, so catching it early matters.
