Finally got around to trying Paymate Harmony and the onboarding was straightforward. Liked that tax tables updated automatically between US and Canadian rules without me nudging anything.
ran payroll through Paymate Harmony for my small team and it was surprisingly painless, set up took me under an hour and the tax calculations for both states were already built in.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in employee self-service mobile app where staff can view pay stubs, request time off, and update personal info without going through HR. It would cut down on routine questions and keep everything in one place for everyone.
