I built Parla after watching small shops lose the 11 pm Sunday shopper to a "Contact us" form. Two things I cared about:
1. It sells from the real shop. Real cart, real stock, real orders. Not a FAQ bot with a product link.
2. It's honest. It says it's an AI, it never makes up "only 2 left", it can't offer a discount, and when it doesn't know it hands over to your team with a ticket instead of guessing.
It also picks up voice calls, speaks 8 languages, and the admin shows you what shoppers looked for and couldn't find.
