Parallax Slides Desktop opens a .pptx on Windows, macOS or Linux, lets you edit right on the slide with a familiar ribbon, thumbnails, a format pane, speaker notes and slide show, and Ctrl+S saves the same file.
When you want help, sign in and describe the deck you need. Answer a question or two and the new slides land in the presentation you already have open. You can also turn on Connect AI apps so Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor can change slides over MCP while you watch.
